WORK SUCKS

WORK SUCKS is an asymmetrical semi-co-operative roleplaying game which pits Interviewer versus Candidate in a battle to come to an agreeable outcome for both parties. Much like in real life, the interviewer holds all of the cards and dictates the game’s pace with questions asked. The Candidate must deal with the hand they are dealt, bringing together a fixed set of qualifications, demeanor, and quirks which they are attempting to make palatable to the Interviewer. Through a dialogue constructed by prompt cards and roleplay, both players must come to their own conclusion as to how the interview went following three rounds of exchange, resulting in either shared victory, singles victory, or mutual loss.
